Appeals

New Jersey Civil Appeals Attorney

In litigation, outcomes are never certain. This is true even when you have a very strong case. It is equally true when you do not. Even when you "win" — the results can be less than satisfactory. Fortunately, an unfair or unsatisfying final judgment issued in connection with the pre-trial or trial stages of your case does not have to be the end of the story. You can, in fact, petition to have an appellate court review the case.

At the law offices of Andrew Rubin, we represent clients in state and federal appellate courts throughout the state of New Jersey. Our practice includes all civil appeals including matters of legal malpractice, business disputes, employment law, personal injury, real estate, family law and probate. If you have received an unsatisfactory result in a previous matter — we encourage you to call or contact our firm to discuss the possibility of filing a civil appeal.

We welcome attorney referrals as well.

Experience Makes a Difference

A 1979 cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University's School of Law, Andrew Rubin has developed strong knowledge of the substantive law in his areas of practice, meticulous research habits, strong legal writing abilities and significant experience the appellate courts in this state — all of which can be essential to getting the court to agree to review your case.
